  1. Legal Structure and Responsibilities
  • Paris by Golfcart LLC acts solely as a booking and payment intermediary between the customer and the local service provider.
  • The tours and related services promoted on this Website are delivered by Signature Paris Tours SASU, a French company legally registered in France (“Tour Operator”).
  • When you book a service, you form:
    • A booking and payment contract with Paris by Golfcart LLC
    • A service fulfillment contract with Signature Paris Tours SASU

Paris by Golfcart LLC does not operate tours and is not liable for the delivery, safety, or execution of services performed in France.

A formal agreement between Paris by Golfcart LLC and Signature Paris Tours SASU further establishes that:

  • Signature Paris Tours SASU is solely responsible for executing tours and customer safety during service delivery.
  • Paris by Golfcart LLC is fully indemnified against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the physical execution of tours.
  1. Scope of Services
