    By accessing or using our Website and booking any tour, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.<\/p>

    1. Legal Structure and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>
      • Paris by Golfcart LLC<\/strong> acts solely as a booking and payment intermediary<\/strong> between the customer and the local service provider.<\/li>
      • The tours and related services promoted on this Website are delivered by Signature Paris Tours SASU<\/strong>, a French company legally registered in France (“Tour Operator”).<\/li>
      • When you book a service, you form:
        • A booking and payment contract<\/strong> with Paris by Golfcart LLC<\/li>
        • A service fulfillment contract<\/strong> with Signature Paris Tours SASU<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>

          Paris by Golfcart LLC does not operate tours<\/strong> and is not liable<\/strong> for the delivery, safety, or execution of services performed in France.<\/p>

          A formal agreement between Paris by Golfcart LLC and Signature Paris Tours SASU further establishes that:<\/p>

          • Signature Paris Tours SASU is solely responsible for executing tours and customer safety during service delivery.<\/li>
          • Paris by Golfcart LLC is fully indemnified against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the physical execution of tours.<\/li><\/ul>
            1. Scope of Services<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

              This Website provides an online platform for reserving private tours in Paris and other cities. Services include but are not limited to:<\/p>

              • Sightseeing tours via golf carts, tuk-tuks, or chauffeured vehicles<\/li>
              • Optional services such as guided commentary, photo stops, refreshments, and decorations<\/li><\/ul>

                All services are subject to availability and may vary based on operational or legal constraints in France.<\/p>

                1. Payments and Refunds<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  All payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Stripe. By booking a tour, you authorize Paris by Golfcart LLC to collect and remit payment on behalf of the Tour Operator.<\/p>

                  • Refunds are handled centrally by Paris by Golfcart LLC<\/strong><\/li>
